Tequila Sunrise Jelly

Ingredients (Serves 48)

Red Gelatin

  • 4oz Strained Pomegranate Juice​

  • 3oz Simple Syrup​

  • 1oz 21 Seeds Valencia Orange Tequila 3 Teaspoons Unflavored Gelatin Powder​

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let the gelatin bloom for 5 minutes.

Red Flavoring

  • 4oz Pomegranate Juice​

  • 4oz Simple Syrup​

  • 5 Navel Oranges​

  • Slice the 5 Oranges lengthwise and scoop out the fruit, leaving 10 empty orange halves.

Orange Gelatin

  • 2oz Strained Orange Juice​

  • 2oz Simple Syrup​

  • 3oz 21 Seeds Valencia Orange​

  • 1oz Water​

  • 3 Teaspoons Unflavored Gelatin Powder​

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let the gelatin bloom for 5 minutes

  • 3oz Orange Juice ​

  • 3oz Simple Syrup​

  • 2oz Water​

  • Combine the Orange Flavoring ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil over low heat.

Directions

THE FIRST DAY​

Red Gelatin

  • 4oz Strained Pomegranate Juice​

  • 3oz Simple Syrup​

  • 1oz 21 Seeds Valencia Orange Tequila 3 Teaspoons Unflavored Gelatin Powder​

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let the gelatin bloom for 5 minutes.

  • Red Flavoring

  • 4oz Pomegranate Juice​

  • 4oz Simple Syrup​

  • 5 Navel Oranges​

  • Slice the 5 Oranges lengthwise and scoop out the fruit, leaving 10 empty orange halves.

  • Combine the Red Flavoring ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil over low heat.

Once it hits the boiling point, remove immediately and add to the bloomed Red Gelatin mixture. Stir to combine. Fill the orange halves a third of the way up with the combined Red Gelatin Mixture. Place in the fridge for 24 hours to get a firm Gelatin.

THE SECOND DAY​

Orange Gelatin

  • 2oz Strained Orange Juice​

  • 2oz Simple Syrup​

  • 3oz 21 Seeds Valencia Orange​

  • 1oz Water​

  • 3 Teaspoons Unflavored Gelatin Powder​

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let the gelatin bloom for 5 minutes

  • Orange Flavoring

  • 3oz Orange Juice ​

  • 3oz Simple Syrup​

  • 2oz Water​

  • Combine the Orange Flavoring ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil over low heat.

Once it hits the boiling point, remove immediately and add to the bloomed Orange Gelatin mixture. Stir to combine. Fill the orange halves the rest of the way up with the Orange Gelatin Mixture. Place in the fridge for 24hrs to get a firm Gelatin. Cut into 4 quarters per half orange and enjoy!
